We deliver across Delhi and Noida. For nearby NCR locations (Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad), confirm serviceability on WhatsApp before ordering.

Delivery Time

• Same-day delivery for orders placed before 6 PM (Delhi & Noida).
• Next-day delivery for orders after 6 PM or on holidays.
• NCR outskirts: 1–2 business days.

Shipping Charges

Free delivery on orders above ₹1000 within Delhi & Noida. A small delivery fee applies to smaller orders and NCR outskirts.

Returns & Exchanges

• Sealed, unopened products can be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery.
• E-liquids and opened devices are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
• Damaged or defective items — report on WhatsApp within 24 hours with photos for replacement.
